Milan Fashion Week Moncler Gamme bleu
Having only been introduced to this brand this year, I have recently found out this is only one of the labels produced by the company Moncler. www.moncler.com (Not the easiest to use for those untrained in Italian)
With the Rouge collection I assume being their womenswear collection and Bleu their mens, I was keen to investigate further.
Originally designing sports wear designer designing for such events as the tour du france and using these for inspiration, designer Thom Browne has boosted this collection and created pieces with a more commercial edge. With a colour range that hints of Neapolitan ice cream with pinks, browns and creams and graphic prints this show would have been amazing to see. The models having walked once around the track (to a range of loud Beatles songs) they then mounted bicycles for their finale.
